Jodi Hough brings over two decades experience in sales, marketing, education and property management to her role as a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RPA Realty. Previously with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Buckhead, Georgia, Jodi has built a loyal following with clients that have appreciated her attention to detail and skilled expertise in high end residential properties.
Jodi holds a Pricing Strategy Advisor designation from the National Association of Realtors, offering her clients exceptional industry knowledge, negotiation, and communication skills. She works closely with each client throughout every step of the sales process to make sure their biggest investment decision is thoroughly reviewed and expertly executed.
Using the latest technology and social media marketing tools to produce top sales results for her seller clients has been a large part of Jodi’s success. Staging, professional photography and the use of drone and video footage – helps to create the story of each individual home. Additional customized, target marketing and follow up produce the desired result for her clients – their home selling for the most amount of money, in the shortest time frame, with the least amount of hassle.
Jodi & her husband have recently moved to the Lake Oconee area after living for 35+ years in Metro Atlanta. She holds a BBA in Marketing from KSU, and in the early 90’s she was a professional golf caddie for her husband on the Nike Tour! Jodi’s family is deeply rooted in the Atlanta, and now Lake Oconee, golf community. She enjoys, traveling, spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and all things related to health and wellness. She also has a passion for the equestrian community, which stems from her involvement as a teenager. Jodi and Jon look forward to establishing new roots and being of service in the wonderful area we know as Lake Oconee.
