Craig Kipp

With over 26 years of experience as an agent, Craig brings his real estate knowledge to Lake Oconee and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services RPA Realty.  Moving from northwest Georgia two years ago to Greensboro and the Lake Oconee area, his specialties include farm and land sales as well as residential. Using negotiation and communication skills learned over the years has produced results in buying and selling alike.

Growing up in the midwest, Craig earned his undergraduate at the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Education and Psychology.  Upon graduation Craig was commissioned in the USAF and became a pilot and served as an instructor pilot for most of his eight-year career.  Delta Air Lines was the next stop. After 33 years as a pilot and International Captain, Craig and April moved to Lake Oconee to enjoy the lake life.  Hobbies include over 30 years as a volunteer youth and high school wrestling coach, fishing, golf and ski trips.  Spending time with family and friends is foremost.
