Rachel Machovec

Native to Georgia, Rachel Machovec has a true appreciation for Georgia and the real estate opportunities offered throughout the beautiful Lake Country area.

Her innate drive to succeed, coupled with her analytical skills and marketing expertise gained through her college education, combine to give Rachel a competitive edge – which greatly benefits her clients.

Originally born and raised in Dacula, Rachel has also ventured and lived in Buckhead, Madison, Athens and Milledgeville. Her experiences in these areas as well as her time living in Florida and gaining her FL Real Estate License, has expanded her knowledge base of the real estate industry and the unique characteristics of the different market areas.

Rachel earned a Bachelors Degree from Flagler College in St Augustine, Florida and is currently in process of completing her Masters Degree in Secondary Education at Georgia College in Milledgeville. Rachel has been a highly competitive and recognized student athlete for some time and is currently on the Women’s Volleyball Team at Georgia College.

During her High School years she lettered in basketball, track and field and volleyball – achieving the All State Volleyball team her senior year. She has won numerous accolades in her College years, including being a three time All-Peach Belt honoree and most recently being named to the 2023 preseason All-Peach Belt Conference volleyball team.
