Originally from Central Florida, Amy Bond made her move to Atlanta about 11 years ago where she planted roots, first in Buckhead and then in Smyrna. Amy’s solid familiarity with Atlanta’s fastest growing neighborhoods and local vacation spots like the North Georgia Mountains, coupled with her experience as a former member of Coca-Cola’s marketing team has fueled her passion for staying up to date on market trends and shifts in local real estate, helping her guide her clients through the market with ease. The University of Central Florida graduate’s zeal for real estate can also be attributed to her family ties to the industry. Her sister spent many years as a successful Realtor in Florida and her mother and father (former home inspector) work for Habitat for Humanity International.
Amy’s solutions-oriented nature and diligence with numbers lends her the ability to craft offers that create win-win transactions. Her unmatched problem-solving skills allow her to overcome hurdles that come with the home purchasing or selling process. Amy even has a knack for seamlessly mapping out a client’s experience, from beginning to end, that truly centers around one’s needs.
Outside of real estate, Amy, who is often described by her peers as hard working, loyal, and fun to be around, enjoys hiking with her husband in the North Georgia mountains, riding her Peloton, and keeping up with her Boston Terrier, Rocky. She also gives back by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and regularly donating at the American Red Cross.
