Ali Brown-Winans

Growing up in the Golden Isles area provides Ali with a unique competitive edge in the local real estate market. With a father who is a General Contractor, she was introduced to the world of construction at an early age. Spending time working with the family business, building and remodeling homes has helped Ali develop a keen eye and deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship and the value of a well-built home. This background provides excellent perspective and definitely adds value when working with both buyers and sellers.

Ali is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in General Business at the College of Coastal Georgia in Brunswick while working as a Licensed REALTOR with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RPA Realty.  Her education directly complements her real estate career, giving her the knowledge and flexibility to thrive in a competitive market, particularly when it comes to marketing and meeting client expectations.

When she’s not working or studying, Ali enjoys a good book and is always trying to learn new things. She also loves spending quality time with her friends, whether it’s exploring local spots around the Golden Isles, relaxing on the beach or simply enjoying good conversation over coffee.
