Artistic fundraiser benefiting the Pete Nance Boys and Girls Club
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, RPA Realty recently hosted a highly successful and very artistic fundraiser benefiting the Pete Nance Boys and Girls Club. The fine art exhibition and sale was the first annual “Art and Wine Soiree” for the Club and held at the Berkshire Hathaway sales center on Lake Country Drive.
The Pete Nance Boys and Girls Club is a key organization supporting the youth in our community with a mission of “changing lives 365 days a year.” Event co-chairs and PNBGC Board Members Gisele Padula and Kim Chronos, along with a dedicated team, worked tirelessly for months to set the stage for this incredible gathering. Attendees were treated to a live art demonstration while viewing an extensive collection of original art by some of the south’s leading contemporary artists. The wine, hors d’oeuvres and entertainment by “Fuzzy” were enjoyed by all while celebrating this vital organization based in downtown Greensboro.
The successful event raised over $28,000 to help support the Club in it’s work with children in our community. Board member Gisele Padula commented, “ We are excited and pleased to have the Lake Oconee community so generously support the needs of our local club.” Berkshire Hathaway Broker Vinece Pastor stated, “We were honored to host this amazing event for such an important organization in our community, the Pete Nance Boys and Girls Club”.
